Traditionally the end of Marching Band season signified the start of Concert Band season. Spanish River is privileged to have an advanced Wind Ensemble as well as a Symphonic Band. Our group of gifted musicians begin Wind Ensemble/Symphonic Band right in the midst of Marching Season!  Our season includes a variety of performances as well as participation in assessments and competitions such as Florida Bandmasters Association (FBA) festivals, Solo & Ensemble, All District, and All State events.  We look forward to being entertained by these talented groups of students throughout the year at events such as the Fall Concert, Winter (holiday) Concert, Spring Concert, Graduation, as well as many other civic and scholastic events.

Congratulations to senior Jason Lee (bassoon) and freshman Sarah Weinstein (percussion), members of Spanish River's Wind Ensemble, on being selected as participants in this year's prestigious All State Band.  Our congratulations to all of our students who auditioned.
